The DTL-420 is a cable (or line) professional amplifier. It receives the RF input signal from 40MHz to 860MHz, which strengthens with 33dB Gain maximum output level 130dBmV. Both can be used in cable / hotel applications and in TV broadcasting signal (as preamp).
